Important information about cards

How to get a BluOr Bank payment card?

To order a payment card, you must first become a BluOr Bank client.

If you are not yet a client, fill in the application in the Client Cabinet. After registration and data verification, you will gain access to internet banking.

In internet banking, by logging into your account, you can order a payment card.

What to do if your payment card is lost or stolen?

In the event of card loss or theft, please inform the bank immediately. You can block your card in the following ways:

- Via internet banking or the mobile app

- By calling the bank's helpline at +371 67 031 333 (weekdays from 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM)

- Outside the bank's working hours, on weekends, and public holidays, call the Nets Estonia customer service center at +372 671 1444 (service available in English)

- By visiting the bank's Customer Service Center at Jēkaba iela 2, Riga (weekdays from 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM)

After blocking the card, you can order a new one via internet banking or at the bank's Customer service center.

Card security

Only the person whose name is printed on the card is authorized to use it.

The cardholder must memorize their PIN code and should not store it on any data carriers or mobile phones.

Always check the amount being charged to your card before approving a transaction.

For online purchases, use only secure online stores or service providers.

Card unblocking and PIN code change

If the PIN code is entered incorrectly three times during a transaction, the card will be blocked for security reasons. To unblock the card, visit any ATM and enter the correct PIN code (e.g., by checking your account balance or withdrawing cash).

Each time a card is replaced, renewed, or issued as a new card, a new PIN code is provided.

In internet banking, you can:

What are the transaction limits for Visa payment cards?

Cash card transaction limits include the following transactions:

- Cash withdrawals at ATMs

- Money transfers with the card

- Purchase of gambling chips with the card

- Purchase of travelers’ checks using the card

- Foreign currency purchases with the card

Online and point-of-sale purchases:

- Per transaction – EUR 50,000

- Per day – EUR 50,000

- Per month – EUR 300,000

Card usage limits can be changed by clients in Internet Banking.

How can I find out my PIN code for a Visa payment card?

PIN codes for Visa payment cards are available in the internet banking web version and mobile app under the “Cards” section.

Online payment security

What is Verified by VISA?

It is an additional security tool that ensures the authorised use of your payment card when making online purchases.

How does it work?

Each time you pay for goods or services in an online store, the Verified by VISA security system uses a one-time password — a code generated by Digipass, or the “Password + SMS” authentication password and SMS code. This ensures additional cardholder authentication in online stores worldwide.

How to use it?

When using Verified by VISA, you can continue shopping online as usual. The only difference is that after entering your card details, a Verified by VISA window will appear requesting your Digipass code or “Password + SMS” authentication password and SMS code. Once the required information is entered, your authentication will be confirmed and the purchase will be completed within seconds.
