300 kids get to see Tom Sawyer!

In September and November, children from socially vulnerable or large families, orphans and special-needs children studying at boarding schools of Riga will see The Adventures of Tom Sawyer at the Dailes Theatre.

Their attendance is possible thanks to Baltikums Bank, the Dailes Theatre, the Daile Union for Development of Theatre, and Sergejs Jēgers.

In the 2015/2016 theatre season, Baltikums Bank supported The Concert That Never Happened, an audiovisual performance devoted to the memory of Alexander Vertinsky. Proceeds from the concerts have financed this good deed, giving three hundred lucky children the gift of watching witty but kind-hearted Tom Sawyer and his friends engage in their exciting escapades.
