With BluOr Bank’s Support, Construction of “Ķiršu Kalna Mājas” Begins in Dzirciems

Real estate developer Hepsor has commenced construction of a new residential project, “Ķiršu Kalna Mājas,” located at Eiženijas iela 18, Riga. The total investment in the project is planned at EUR 8.5 million, of which EUR 5.25 million is financed by BluOr Bank. 

The project consists of two three-storey buildings with A+ energy efficiency, offering a total of 54 apartments and a spacious private courtyard — a natural green area featuring an existing landscaped hill at its centre. Large windows and balconies in every apartment will provide residents with a harmonious living environment close to nature. 

For added convenience, the development includes an underground parking facility, while most of the courtyard space will be dedicated to leisure and relaxation. 

Hepsor notes that families increasingly value low-rise residential projects in Riga’s greener neighbourhoods as an attractive alternative to living outside the city — closer to schools and after-school activities. The most in-demand homes are currently the larger three and four-room apartments. All layouts have been carefully designed with a focus on functionality and everyday comfort. 

“Ķiršu Kalna Mājas” is being developed in line with Hepsor’s standards, incorporating innovative and energy-efficient solutions that ensure reasonable utility costs and long-term savings. Each apartment will be equipped with individual meters for heating, water, and electricity. Storage rooms, as well as dedicated spaces for bicycles and strollers, will be available on the ground floor. The architectural concept was created by RUUME arhitekti, and construction is being carried out by Mitt&Perlebach. Completion and commissioning of the project is scheduled for 2027.
