BluOr Bank provides financing tailored to the needs and goals of our business clients. Companies can receive loans of up to EUR 25 million. For what purposes can a private individual receive a BluOr Bank loan?
Private individuals can receive a mortgage loan for the purchase of a home, purchase of land, or construction of a new house.
Loans are also available for purchasing real estate as an investment, with the aim of generating regular rental income or long-term capital appreciation, as well as for purchasing property abroad.
BluOr Bank also offers mortgage refinancing from another bank.
Does BluOr Bank also provide consumer loans to private individuals?
In the fourth quarter of 2026, we plan to start offering consumer loans to private individuals for home renovation, purchase of household appliances, or other purchases.
